The Robert Friedman brand was created in Florence in 1977, when the skills of an expert shirt maker encountered the creativity of a fashion designer. Together they decided to create a new line of original shirts, a combination of American taste and Italian elegance and tradition, and with the name Robert Friedman, in honour of a famous New York shirt maker.
